Chai Tea (East African Tea) 6 cup water 7 tsp. loose tea leaves 6 cup milk 10-15 tsp. sugar Heat together water and tea leaves in a 3 to 4 quart saucepan. Boil 10 minutes. Add milk and heat to near boiling. Strain leaves. Add sugar to taste. Makes 6-8 servings.
