Cheese Bites
Monterey Jack cheese
cayenne pepper
Here's something fun - get some Monterey Jack cheese - cut into
triangles or circles, about 1/8" thick. Lay on a parchment-lined
cookie sheet - sprinkle light to medium amounts of cayenne pepper
on each piece. Bake at 375 or so about 7 minutes or until cheese
is holey and starting to get real light brown around the edges.
Remove; cool on paper towel.
Crispy and mildly hot. ;-)
