Cheesy Canapes
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Swiss cheese, grated
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
12 to 16 baguette slices, lightly toasted
Mix the cheeses and butter into a paste. Spread on the baguettes.
Place on a pan in a 400 deg oven until sizzling and brown on top.
