Crab Meat Hors D'oeuvres
1 stick margarine or butter
1 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
3 dashes Tabasco Sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
7-oz can crab meat
5-oz jar Old English Cheese Spread
6 halved English muffins
Combine all ingredients except English muffins. Spread on muffin
halves. Cut each muffin into 8 wedges. Broil at 375 degrees for
15 minutes, or until edges are brown and cheese bubbles. Serve
immediately. (May be frozen, uncooked, until ready to use.)
