Devils On Horseback
1 lb. bacon
few drops Tabasco sauce
2 pint. oysters, rinsed and drained
salt
pepper
garlic powder
Halve bacon strips and sprinkle lightly with seasonings. Roll each
oyster in a bacon strip and secure with toothpick. Bake in shallow
baking pan at 325 to 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from
oven and drain liquid. Then broil until bacon is crisp. Turn once.
Serves 12. You can use canned oysters and cook on paper towels on
a bacon pan in the microwave.
