Little Party Pizzas
6 English muffins, split
15 oz. (can or jar) pizza sauce
1/2 lb. sliced mozzarella, swiss or provolone
1/2 lb. Italian sausage, sauted and crumbled
2 oz. sliced pepperoni
sliced onions, green peppers, mushrooms
Arrange split English muffins on cookie sheet and top with pizza
sauce. Arrange the various toppings (to your liking or let each
person make their own) on the muffins. Add the sliced cheese and
bake at 350 degrees in preheated oven for 15 - 20 minutes or until
the cheese just starts to brown. Great for parties!
