Mexican Pinwheel Appetizers
1 pkg large flour tortillas
8 oz cream cheese, softened
4 oz can chopped black olives
4 oz jar chopped red pimientos
4 oz can chopped green chiles
3 Tbs chopped green onions
Mix all ingredients together. Spread mixture on tortillas and
roll up. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. Slice
1/2-inch slices and serve.
Note: Double or triple this recipe, because they go fast! They
also keep well in the refrigerator
