Sausage Balls
1 lb sausage
4 oz (1/2 cup) Cheez Whiz
3 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup milk
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together. Form into
balls about 1 inch in diameter. Place on a lightly greased cookie
sheet 1 1/2 inches apart. Bake until lightly browned, about 20-30
minutes.
If you want to double the batch some time, you might try a spicier
sausage mixed with a mild one.
