Sausage Balls 03

Sausage Balls
1 pound bulk sausage
3 cups Bisquick
4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. parsley
Heat oven 350:. Mix all ingredients together. Shape into 1" balls.
Bake on a lightly greased cookie sheet with sides for 20-25 minutes
or until brown. Remove from pan and serve warm. Makes 6 1/2 dozen.
