Vegetable Pizza
2 large cans of Pillsbury Crescent rolls 2 8-ounce pkg. Cream cheese 2/3 cup mayonnaise 1 pkg dry ranch dressing mix Assortment of fresh mushrooms, green peppers, green onions, tomatoes, broccoli (chopped fine), cauliflower (chopped fine)
Spread crescent roll dough in two lightly greased baking sheets. Press seams together. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, and ranch dressing mix, and spread over cooled crust. Place raw vegetables on top. Cut into squares and serve.

Very easy to make. The only problem is the crescent rolls flaking into the cream sheese mixture. I solved this by using different crusts such as Boboli pizza crust or phyllo dough shells or basically anything you want as the base. I made a somewhat different version of this for many years and it ALWAYS gets raves.
