Aku Poki
1 lb. raw tuna 1/2 soy sauce 1 finger ginger, grated 1/2 small onion 2 stalks scallions 1 dried chili (optional) 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
Cut up fish into small pieces. Cut scallions into small pieces. Chop onion finel y. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and marinate for half a day (or minimum 4 - 5 hours). Serve raw.
Note: swordfish or octopus can be used instead, but with octopus, omit soy sauce.
