BBQ Shrimp

olive oil
1-2 eggs
corn starch
3-4 Tbl garlic powder
1 Tbl pepper
4 Tbl oyster sauce
1 bunch scallions, chopped
1 lb peeled and deveined colossal shrimp

Combine egg and enough corn starch to slightly thicken the egg
wash. Add garlic powder and pepper into egg wash.

Add olive oil to hot pan or wok. Dip 3 or 4 shrimp in egg wash and
add to pan. Cook until almost done. Add about a handful of chopped
scallions and about 2 Tbl oyster sauce for every 3-4 shrimp. Cook
until shrimp are done and scallions have wilted, turning shrimp
frequently to avoid burning and to spread the oyster sauce around.
Repeat with remaining shrimp, serve over chopped lettuce.
