Beef Kushisashi 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup chopped green onions 2 tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 1/2 teaspoons corn starch 1 clove garlic, pressed 1 teaspoon grated ginger 2 1/2 pounds beef or pork Cut the meat into strips and thread onto wood skewers. Marinate the meat and thread onto the skewers. Broil, brushing with the marinade, till done.
