Bool-Koh-Kee

600g beef (lean meat of short ribs)
5 to 6 tablespoons soy sauce
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
8 to 10 cloves garlic
3 green onions
1 onion
1 apple
20 g siced mushroom
ground pepper

Slice meat with the size of 5Cm x 3Cm. (It's easy to slice meat
slightly frozen) Chop garlic, onion and apple fine separately.
(Apple makes meat soft and tender) Cut green onion with the length
of 2 Cm. Mix sugar and soy sauce, mushroom and pepper with meat
well and leave it for 1~2 hours so that sugar and soy sauce can
soak into meat. After making pan hot(120 degree C), cook meat. Do
not get it well done, or it will be tough. Coke or other soda
drink make Bool-Koh-Kee more delicious.
