Dumpling Sauce

1 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp Chinese cooking wine
1 Tbsp canola oil
1 Tbsp sesame seed oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp sambal hot pepper sauce
2 stalks green onions, entire stalk finely chopped
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar , or an equal
sugar to taste

Prepare a marinade of soy sauce, Chinese cooking wine, canola oil,
sesame seed oil, salt, chopped garlic, sambal hot pepper sauce and
green onions (reserving 2 Tbsp for the dipping sauce.)

Prepare dipping sauce by combining balsamic vinegar with an equal
portion of reserved marinade, and garnish with green onion finely
chopped. You can add sugar or other seasonings to taste. check
out the following This can be prepared in batches and stored in
the refrigerator. just add fresh green onions each time.
