Korean Spinach large bunch of spinach, washed will, stems trimmed 1 or 2 teaspoons soy sauce 1 teaspoon sesame seed oil white vinegar garlic black pepper roasted sesame seeds scallions 1 Tbsp white sugar Parboil spinach (boil the water, and throw it in, as soon as the water boils again remove them). Drain in a colander under cold running water and squeeze out the excess water. Put in a bowl, and add 1 or 2 teaspoons soysauce, a little bit of sesame seed oil, a very small amount of white vinegar, garlic, black pepper, roasted sesame seeds, scallions, and white sugar (a tablespoon, or to taste). Mix it together with your fingers, and taste and season accordingly.
