Lo Mein

1 lb. noodles
1 1/2 cups chicken or beef
1/2 cup broccoli
1 cup bamboo
1 cup cauliflower
4 small carrots
1 large onion
2 cups cabbage
1/2 fresh mushrooms sliced thin
2 tsp oyster sauce {found in Asian store}
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 tsp sugar
2 Tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chopped garlic

Boil noodles until soft and drain; put aside. Cut broccoli, bamboo,
cauliflower, carrot, cabbage and onion into small pieces. Slice
meat into small pieces. Put oil into a frying pan, fry chopped
garlic until golden brown. Mix the pieces of chopped chicken and
vegetables into garlic while in the pan. Then add all non-vegetable
ingredients into the mix and stir. Add noodles into mix and stir.
