Chinese New Year Cake

3/4 cup margarine
2 1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 eggs
1 lb glutinous rice flour (mochi flour)
9 oz Chinese style red bean paste

Mix the cake ingredients. Then add the Glutinous Flour beat at HIGH
speed until is even. Pour half of cake ingredientson a Pie Pan
(which was sprayed with none stick spray). Then pour a layer of
the Red Bean Paste . Finally , pour the remaining of the cake
ingredients on top of that. Bake at 375 degree for 20 minutes, then
adjust the degree to 325 then continue to bake for another of 40
minutes. Total baking time is 60 min. When the cake is cool you
cut into pieces. Or you can preheated in microwave and eat it
warm.
