Okonomi-yaki

1/4 cup flour
4 eggs
8 oz roast pork cut in slivers
10 large cabbage leaves, slivered
1 cup dried shrimp
pinch of salt
1-1/2 Tbsp oil
4 Tbsp Worcerstershire sauce
4 Tbsp ketchup
powdered nori (aonori) or bonito flakes

Mix flour, eggs, pork, cabbage, 1/2 the shrimp and salt until you
have a smooth batter. Heat a small amt of oil on hot plate or frying
pan and pour pancakes of the batter.Cook over medium-low for 5
minutes, or when edges start to bubble -- sprinkle more shrimp on
uncooked side then flip over for about 2 min. Brush cooked side
with sauces (try other sauces, too) and sprinkle w/nori or bonito
flakes.
