Sha-Cha Beef with Spinach

1 bunch spinach, washed and dried
2 large garlic cloves, thinly sliced
7 ounces beef, cut in 1" strips
Chinese BBQ sauce
Peanut oil

Stir-fry beef. Add Sha-Cha sauce and heat. Keep warm. Stir-fry
garlic in a little oil; set aside. Par boil spinach until just
tender; rinse with cold water and drain. Toss in garlic. Arrange
spinach on plate and top with beef.
