Peanut Sesame Pasta 1 heaping cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy) 1 cup hot liquid (black tea, coconut cream, coconut milk, chicken broth) 1 lb pasta (oriental pasta, fettucuni, linguini) 1 tsp vinegar 1 tsp fresh grated ginger 1 tbs soy sauce 1 clove garlic crushed dash hot sauce 2 tbs honey (optional) few splashes oriental sesame seed oil white sesame seeds black sesame seeds radish flowers green onion curls chopped cucumber Place peanut butter in a large bowl. Gradually add hot liquid and stir until smooth. Then add the honey, garlic, soy, ginger, vinegar, hot sauce, increasing those flavors you like.
Cook pasta al dente and rinse and drain. Toss with some oil and keep covered until ready to use.
To serve, place pasta on a colorful platter. Stir in the oriental sesame seed oil into peanut mixture. Garnish platter with black & white sesame seeds, radish flowers, green onion curls and chopped cucumber or even baby whole canned corn. Serves 6
