Spicy Mayo
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon chile/sesame oil
1 tablespoon Tabasco
2 teaspoons hot pepper flakes
One thing to add, one restaurant near my house puts something in
the tuna (i have yet to ask what it is!) that is dark and sweet.
like a sweet shoyu. it is the most amazing thing i have tasted,
very, very flavourful without being overpowering and goes *extremely*
well with the spicy mayo.
