Sauce for Spicy Tuna Roll
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Srirachi chili sauce, or to taste
1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
Combine the three ingredients and stir until blended.
Note: This brand of Asian hot sauce is one of the more widely
available but might still be difficult to find in some areas. As
with most hot sauces though, this brand has a very distinctive
flavor and should be used, if at all possible.
This sauce is intended to accompany a tuna roll where the tuna is
very lightly rubbed with wasabi.
