Stiry Fry Chicken

2 chicken breasts
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 head broccoli
fresh ginger root
fresh garlic (3-4 large cloves)
sweet and sour sauce
stir-fry oil

Chop/grate the ginger and garlic and mix together. Chop the chicken
and vegetables into large bite-size pieces. Place some oil in a
wok or frying pan and heat. Add half of the ginger/garlic mixture
and stir-fry for about 30 seconds. Add the chicken, and stir
constantly until done. Set aside.

Add the remainder of the ginger/garlic mix to the wok and stir-fry
for about 30 seconds. Add the vegetables, and cook until done (they
should soften a little, but should still be somewhat crisp). Lower
the heat, and add the chicken and sweet-and-sour sauce. Stir together
until all ingredients are mixed. Serve.
