Stir-fried Green Beans with Sichuan Sauce

1 lb. green beans, or chinese long beans
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp finely chopped garlic
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp chili paste
3 Tbsp oil
1/4 cup vegetable broth
2 Tbsp roasted sesame seeds

Cut beans diagonally into 2 inch pieces. Mix soy sauce, garlic,
sugar, sesame oil and chili paste. Heat wok. Add oil, stir fry
beans for 1 minute. Add broth, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add
soy mixture, stir fry until beans are coated and moisture has
evaporated. Stir in sesame seeds.
