Stir Fry Leeks
1 cup leeks, chopped 1 cup chinese cabbage chopped 1 cup of bean sprouts 1 tablespoon roasted chili in bean oil 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce 1 tablespoon garlic, sliced thinly
Place a wok or skillet over medium heat, and in a small amount of oil. Saute the garlic until it turns golden, then add the leeks and cabbage and stir fry until heated through. Blend in the chili in oil, and the soy and stirfry until the vegetables are cooked to your taste.
Remove from the heat, stir in the bean sprouts and serve with steamed rice.

This was a good recipe. I added chicken and ginger to it. I also used sesame oil instead. Served it over brown rice for a low carb asian meal...it was great!
