BAKED BEANS
2 cans beans
1 large onion, chopped
4 pcs. bacon, cut in pieces and lightly fried
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1 teaspoon Coleman's dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/2 cup molasses or brown sugar
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
Put all ingredient in a pot. Cook until flavors are blended. Best
if cooked over a smoky fire: still works, though, if cooked inside
on a range. (In that case you might want to add another teaspoon
of liquid smoke.)
