Baked Beans 2 jars Boston Bake Bean (not the beans in a can) 1 medium onion, chopped 1 1/2 c ketchup 2 tbsp worchestershire sauce 3 tablespoons dark molasses 1/2 c brown sugar 3 to 4 bacon strips
Discard the chunk of lard that comes with the beans, mix all ingredients except the bacon. Place into a baking dish and lay the bacon on top. Cover with tin foil and bake for 1 1/2 hour at 250F, uncover beans and cook for 30 minutes more.
