Black Beans and Corn Combo

1 T plus 1 t. vegetable oil
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup chopped celery
2 cloves garlic;minced
1/4 t dried thyme
1/2 t dried oregano
1 cup water
1 packet instant vegetable flavored broth
1 t Worcestershire sauce
1 10 oz pkg frozen corn, thawed
12 oz cooked black beans

Heat oil in large, non stick skillet over medium heat. Add onion,
carrots, celery and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender,
adding small amounts of water, as necessary to prevent drying.
Reduce heat to low. Add remaining ingredients, cover and cook until
heated through, stirring occasionally. Serves 4
