It has become one of our favorite bean dishes for cookouts. 3/4 cup crushed gingersnaps 2 tablespoons onion, chopped 1/4 cup brown sugar or syrup 2-4 strips bacon, fried crisp and crumbled 2 (1 pound each) cans pork & beans 1/4 cup catsup Mix all ingredients.
