Six Hour Stew
2 lbs stew meat, cut into 1 inch chunks 5 to 6 potatoes, cut into 1 inch chunks 3 onions, cut into 1 inch chunks 3 carrots, cut into 1 inch chunks celery, cut into 1 inch chunks, optional 1 small can peas, drained 1 can cream of tomato soup 1/2 can milk salt pepper to taste
Do not brown any of the ingredients. Mix together everything in an oven roaster. Put in a 250 degree oven and cover. Stir about every 2 hours. Serves about six people.
