City Chicken

flavored bread crumbs (Italian is great )
2 eggs beaten with a little milk for 4 to 6 servings
beef or pork, cut into 2" squares
4-6" long wooden sticks
oil for frying

Center about 5 squares on each stick and dip into the egg mixture.
Then roll in the bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil until brown then
bake in 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour for beef, 1 hour for pork

This wonderfully tender and tasty. Add garlic to bread crumbs if
you are a garlic lover like us!
