City Chicken

1 lb. veal cubed
1 lb. pork cubed
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 eggs whipped with a little water
salt and pepper to taste
finely crushed dry bread crumbs

Marinate meat cubes overnight in salt, pepper and garlic mixture.
Arrange meat on skewers alternating pork and veal, then roll in
flour, then egg mixture. Coat with dry bread crumbs and brown
lightly in frying pan. Bake in roaster in oven until done. You
can add small amount of water so meat won't stick to pan.

Oven temperature 325 degrees.
