Easy Roast Beef
Ingredients:
Beef Roast (any kind will do)
Onions
1 lb fresh mushrooms cleaned and sliced.
onion soup mix
2 cans Campbells Cream of Mushroom soup
Directions:
In a crock pot, place meat, onions, onion soup mix and fresh sliced mushrooms and mushroom soup.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Meat should just pull apart with fork.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
