Flank Steak

2 lbs flank steak
1 cup bread flour
1 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/4 Tsp cayanne pepper
2 Tbsp peanut oil
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
dash hot sauce
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup catsup
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp grated lemon rind
1/4 cup red onion, minced
2 clove garlic
1 lemon, sliced
grilled portabella mushroom slices
parsley sprigs, for garnish

Score meat. Mix flour, salt,cayanne, and black pepper; thoroughly
pound into meat. Brown in hot oil. Combine remaining ingrediets;
pour over meat and cover. Cook over low heat until tender, 1 1/2
to 2 hours. Serve surrounded by a border of cooked yellow rice.

Garnish with parsley, grilled portabella mushrooms and lemon Slices
A Tall cool glass of fresh Ice Tea, and Fruit Cocktail with cool
whip for dessert.

Serves: 4
