Grilled Round Steak

Quick-grilled round steak
round steak 1/4"-3/8" thick
garlic powder
celery Salt
coarse-ground black pepper
Sprinkle the garlic powder, salt, and pepper over both sides of
steak. (Heavy on the pepper). If time permits, wrap in cellophane
and refrigerate overnight. If refrigerated, remove 30 minutes
prior to cooking. Cook 2 minutes on each side over a HOT grill.
Cover and let stand 5 minutes after cooking. Slice in thin strips
across the grain.
