Serving Size: 4
1 pound ground beef
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 eggs, cooked as desired
8 scoops rice
1 cup gravy
Combine ground beef, beaten egg, ketchup, salt and pepper. Form
into four patties and sear on hot, non-stick pan about 4 minutes
on each side or until cooked. Set aside. Cook eggs to your liking.
Serve eggs on top of the hamburger with steamed white rice and
home-style gravy.
