Meatballs
(Lihapullat)

400 - 500 g ground beef
2 dl sour cream
3 tbs breadcrumbs
1 egg
white pepper
salt
onion, peeled and chopped

Mix breadcrumbs and sour cream well. Let breadcrumbs moist for a
while. Mix all ingredients and form into balls. (Or meatloaf or
patties.) Bake in 200C oven until done or boil in hot water or fry
in a frying pan few at the time.

Serve in brown sauce with potatoes.

Brown sauce is made by browning some wheat flour in a frying pan
in butter. Stir continuously to prevent burning. Add salt to taste
and broth to thin it out to sauce consistency.
