Sweet & Spicy Meatballs, March 21, 2004 - 06:13 PM

I take these to an annual sports banquet, and there are never any left after the atheletes get through the line. I have requests to bring them every year. I also pre-bake these meatballs on a cookie sheet (20 minutes at 375F) to freeze until I am ready to make the sauce for dinner. They are terrific served on rice.
