Meatballs 4 servings 1 lb extra lean ground beef 1 slice dry bread, crumbled 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 2 Tbsp milk 1 egg 1 Tbsp oil 1 green pepper, cut in 1/2 inch chunks 1 medium onion, cut in 1/2 inch chunks 1 can Campbell's tomato soup 1 can Campbell's chicken with rice soup 2 cans water Mix first 5 ingredients in a bowl and shape into meatballs. (Note- if you are not using extra lean ground beef, you should boil the meatballs before adding them to the sauce to remove the excess grease.) Saute the green pepper and onion in the oil for about 3 minutes. Add the soups and water and bring to the simmer. Add the meatballs and cook,uncovered, until the meatballs are done and the sauce thickens. Serve with rice.
