Meatballs

1 pound lean ground meat
1 small grated onion
about 1/4 cup uncooked oatmeal
milk (use only amount needed to moisten the meat mixture)
a little salt and pepper

Mix all well and shape into meatballs about the size of a large
walnut. Brown the meatballs in a little vegetable oil in a frying
pan. Drain on paper towels.


Sauce

3 Tbsp light soy sauce
3 Tbsp brown sugar
3 Tbsp plain vinegar
1/2 - 3/4 cup catsup

Mix all together thoroughly.

Place the meatballs in a casserole dish, pour the sauce over them,
then bake in oven at 375F for 1/2 hour. Makes a nice hors d'oeuvre
for a party.
