Meatloaf

2 lbs lean ground beef
1 can Campbell's tomato soup
1 cup Grape Nut flakes
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
1 Tbs Worchestershire sauce
Salt, to taste
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
about 40 saltine crackers crushed
8 oz can tomato sauce
ketchup

In a small bowl, soften Grape Nut flakes in tomato soup. Combine
beef, onion, bell pepper, garlic, egg, Worchestershire Sauce, salt
and pepper. Add soup mixture and mix well. Roll loaf in crushed
crackers and form into a 9 X 13 pan. Pour tomato sauce around loaf
and decoratively pour ketchup on top. Bake at 350x for 50 minutes
to 1 hour.
