Meat and Cheese Loaf

2 pounds ground chuck
1 1/2 cups grated Swiss cheese
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon celery salt
2 cups milk
1 cup dry bread crumbs
4 slices bacon

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix all the ingredients except
the bacon together. Pack into a large loaf pan. Top with the bacon
and bake 1 1/2 hours.
