Meatloaf

2 lbs ground beef
3 eggs, boiled
2 cans (30 oz) tomato sauce
1 can jumbo black olives, sliced and drained
Seasoned salt
Fersh parsley (dried can be substituted)

Cover beef with just enough seasoned salt to give it a nice orange
color, then knead salt into beef with hands and make into a loaf
shape and make a depression into the top, and place the three
shelled, boiled eggs into the depression, then cover the eggs. Pour
tomato sauce over meat, then sprinkle parsley sparingly over meat,
place olives onto meat, and put into a 350 degree oven for about
45 mins to an hour, remove, slice into sections and serve.
