Prime Rib
5 to 7 rib standing rib roast
flour
garlic powder
salt and pepper
Pre-heat oven to 500 degrees. Have roast at room temperature.
Mix flour and spices together and rub into roast, place in open
roasting pan and put in pre-heated oven. Turn oven off! Cook roast
5 minutes per pound without opening oven door during cooking. It
will be rare in the center and medium on the ends.
