Quick and Easy Salisbury Steak Makes 6 servings
10 1/2 ounces cream of onion soup 1 1/2 pounds ground beef 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1 medium egg 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 dash pepper 1 tablespoon flour 1/4 cup catsup 1/4 cup water 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon mustard
In bowl combine 1/3 cup soup with beef, crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Shape into 6 oval patties. In skillet, brown patties, pour off fat. Remove patties.
Gradually blend remaining soup into flour until smooth. Add to skillet remaining ingredients; stir to loosen browned bits.
Add browned patties to skillet and cover. Cook over low heat 20 minutes or until done. Stir occasionally.

This recipe was very good but I did add more water to it, it was way too thick to put over noodles.....Once watered down it was very good and tasty. I must try.
