The Best Meat Loaf!

Beef/pork/veal mix
1 Egg
Bread Crumbs, Italian Seasoned
Onions/chopped
Green Pepper/Chopped
Mild Cheddar Cheese, Cubed
Mozzerella Cheese, Cubed

Mix all ingredients besides cheese. Mix well then add the cheese. Shape meatloaf into your pan. Baked Covered at 350* for 2-3 hours. You may put some cheese on top or catsup and bake for ten minutes longer. You can even put bacon and cheese on top.

Serve with creamed peas:
1 can peas, drained
Butter
Flour
Milk

Melt butter stir in flour add enough milk to make creamy, it will thicken even after adding peas.
