16 ounces beef fillet steak, fat removed
4 large shallots, chopped fine
2 large cloves garlic, chopped fine
3 ounces Coffeemate coffee creamer - Fat Free
1 ounce balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet
1/4 cup flour
oil spray

Season steaks with salt and pepper to taste. For low sodium diets
either use salt substitute or use Morton Lite salt. Spray non-stick
pan with some butter-flavored pam.

Saute garlic and shallots until lightly browned, then remove from
pan and set aside. Cook steaks in the same pan over medium heat 4
minutes per side, then 3 minutes per side for a total of 14 minutes
for medium rare. Remove steaks from pan and keep warm.

Deglaze pan with balsamic vinegar and water. or deglaze with dry
burgundy wine instead. Add coffeemate and stir continuously over
medium heat. Add flour to thicken to taste and Kitchen Bouquet to
darken sauce. Add shallot mixture back to pan to reheat, and stir
thoroughly into sauce. Place a tournedo on each plate and partially
cover with sauce.
