Reviewer: Anonymous from Los Angeles, CA This from a Brasilian household and someone who imports Cachaca (also known as Pinga...) The trick is to start by wedging a lime. Put the lime and sugar into a "morter and pestal" set. Crush the lime and sugar mixture until the sugar dissolves and you have forced the lime essence, as well as the lime pulp and juice, into this mixture. Then....and only then, put the lime-sugar mix into a larger glass server, add "large size" crushed ice and your Cachaca (spirits). Mix well. Garnish your serving glass with lime.
