Applesauce, Wheat Germ and Oatmeal Bread
1 1/2 cup applesauce
1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup oatmeal, ground
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup oat bran
2 tsp gluten
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp yeast
Add the solid and liquid ingredients and the yeast in order according
to the machine's manufacturer.
